All jerseys sold on our website are customized and made to order, including personalized names, numbers, sizes, and designs. Because of this, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the situations outlined below.

You receive the wrong product or incorrect customization due to our error

The item arrives damaged during shipping
